The Food Pantry at Columbia instituted a disbursement drop-off initiative in order to help more students in need while adhering to University social distancing and health safety guidelines. Our volunteers will pick up a prepackaged disbursement, prepared based on your specific needs, and drop it off in a secure location at your residence. As all drop-offs are contactless, we will need to know specific information related to your residence in order to ensure volunteers can drop off the food in a safe manner. All information is held in the strictest confidence.
The Disbursement Drop-Off Initiative is currently on hiatus for the winter season. It will return in the spring.
Criteria to use the Disbursement Drop-Off Initiative
The Disbursement Drop-Off Initiative is solely for currently registered students who are mandated to quarantine by either the University or the State
