Disbursement Drop-Off Initiative

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, The Food Pantry at Columbia created the Disbursement Drop-off Initiative to better serve students in need. The premise is simple: volunteers pick up pre-packaged disbursements and drop them off to recipients in need in a secure and contactless process. This mitigates the health and safety risks of both the volunteer and the recipient. Ideally, volunteers will be matched with recipients who are within relatively close proximity to their own homes.
